About Me

Peter Golebiowski is a fitness coach, health and wellness enthusiast, and dedicated educator based in Ajax, Ontario, Canada. He is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and develop deeper understanding of their own health.

Peter’s training philosophy is rooted in posture, performance, and purposeful movement. His approach emphasized efficiency, doing the simple things well, and ensuring that time spent training translates to improved performance in everyday life. Rather than chasing trends, he focuses on clarity, consistency, and intentional action to help clients build sustainable fitness habits.

Peter has continuously refined his craft through formal education, professional certifications, independent study, and hands-on experience. He believes that effective coaching is built on both strong technical knowledge and the ability to meet people where they are in their fitness journey.

Working under the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology standards, with a strong emphasis on safe, effective, and evidence-based training.

Canada’s only comprehensive quality standard for children’s programs, focused on healthy child development through evidence-based practices.

– BoneFit™ Basics Certified
Specialized training for working with individuals with uncomplicated osteoporosis, emphasizing safe movement and long-term bone health.
